"Made over $37,000 on 1 property!"

I started with Ted Thomas in Orlando FL. I was suspicious, cautious, and eager. The eagerness brought me to buying a package. Sold our 1st property for just over a $37,000 profit. Now closing on our 2nd property and we should make about $22,000 on that property. With no clean-up, Fix-up, or Mess-up.

I would recommend Ted Thomas' program whole heartedly because it's practical, it's useful, easy to follow, makes good sense, but most of all, because it works, and works right away.

The foreclosure program that he has, as far as making quick cash, that's what I need, to pay off bills and to get ahead. I picked up a lot of information from his seminar and that week I had just sent out my 3rd mailing and while I was at that seminar I had recieved 3 calls from people who had responded to my mailing.

So when I came back home, I went and I met with the 2 people that wanted to meet, and out of the 2, I already had the deed to 1 of them, and looks like I'll be making about $20,000-$30,000.

Well I've gone to several of Ted's courses, and I've bought Ted's products. I've studied those, and recently I did a pre-forclosure sale, got a great deal on it, brand new house, I got it for $155,000 and sold it for $195,000. There were several liens against it. State tax liens and also a child support lien against it, I was able to get those discounted, and make a deal that looked impossible, turn out very well, because of Ted's training. I made $40,000 on the sale and $250 a month on the lease purchase deal.

The nice things about Ted's systems is that you learn a lot when you come to his courses, and you meet a lot of people that are doing the same thing. You get rejuvenated so you can go back and do more deals.

I'm 19 years old. I came to Ted Thomas' seminar, and I definitely believe it is the way to go to get started in making your wealth.

We found an investor to get this property started. He invested the money, and we bought it for $86,000 and sold it for $114,000. After all the expenses we made about $20,000. Took us about 3 months.

It is an experience. It is very informative, it is very educational. It is something that every investor that wants to get into business can get into and really make some money.

I flipped a few properties, made a couple thousand on each, just touching the water. But now I see that I can really sinks some ships with this information that he has provided today.

I got all the programs, at first I didn't believe it, it's hard to believe. I get the program, it's easy to understand. The amazing thing was that I went to see the houses, the first one needed some repairs, but the guy just gave me the deed and told me that he didn't expect anything for it. Just take the problem away. At first I thought of it just as a way to make money, but then I started to understand that we are also helping people.

I get another call, I go to see the house, it's in perfect condition. Lady just gave me the deed, told me that she doesn't expect anything for it. I'm self employed, and it doesn't take much of my time and I'll make at least $250,000 this year and so I'm happy with the program. I recommend Ted's system for anyone. It works and it's easy to understand.

It was fantastic. We bought the course about 3 months ago and we've gone through it, got a lot more information for me, it made it so clear. Ted lays it out so clear for you. One thing we didn't expect, that really surprised me, was in this course we also got an information exposure to a lot of the other presenters that Ted brought in, for all kinds of other different packages.

So many different aspects to this business that you can specialize in, but Ted makes it so simple, we just have to go home and put this to work right away.

This last session we had with Ted where he explained his foreclosure system and his flips method, made it crystal clear for me. I mean I know what to do, I know to go home, know what to do and I'm gonna make it happen.

The thing that I got out of it is that it showed me a way to get out of corporate America. I've been in corporate America for 27 years, I've been making over 6 digits for a number of years, and I want out of it. I want the financial freedom. He showed me how to do it with forclosures and flips, and by the time the next seminar comes around, I'll be out of corporate America no doubt.

Ted Thomas helped me grow from one little deal in North Carolina to a multi-millionaire today.  I just copy his marketing strategies.
